Pass a law which requires dentists to treat patients on an emergency basis.

Created by J.W. on November 11, 2014

To require dentists to treat patients who need emergency dental treatment such as abscessed tooth with infection, and or severe pain. To require all emergency rooms in this country to be able to perform dental extractions of abscessed tooth with infection and or severe pain.

A dental abscess is an infection which can be life threatening the only treatment is a root canal or tooth extraction.

Hospitals in this country are required to treat and stabilize life threatening aliments no matter the ability to pay.

Why are dentists allowed to turn people away with life threatening aliments (abscessed tooth with infection) based on ability to pay. Why are dentists allowed to demand cash upfront before treatment begins. Dentists need to treat life threatening aliments no matter ability to pay
