Pass a law that will forever ban the reinterpretation of the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

We the People of the United States of America hereby petition the Obama administration to pass an amendment to the constitution and/or law that forever forbids the reinterpretation of the Constitution of the United States and the Bill of Rights. Our forefathers knew exactly what they were doing with the document and this country. NO NEW Interpretations are necessary.
