People coming out of college in today’s economic conditions are hard pressed to find a job. However, this is only made worse because big companies are off-shoring jobs that could be had by the American people. In 2011 the number of US jobs that were outsourced was over 2 million and its 2013 so the number has climbed even more! We complain about unemployment but often we point the finger at the wrong person when it is the company CFO to blame.
