I am petitioning to pass laws denying any and all parental rights of men who father through rape. This is an issue in over 30 states where the rapist has the right to access paternal rights to the child born from a rape. Rapists should not be allowed to have any contact with children that where concieved through rape. They do not play a healthy role in any child's life. Rapist are not someone that you would want your child to look up to or immulate in any way shape or form. They cannot learn anything productive from them at all and can do more harm to the mother and child than good. These states are giving the rapist power over the victim using the legal system to torture them even further past the rape.
