This petition is to stop the unlawful killing of unarmed citizens! This petition is to get laws passed to hold police officers accountable for the murders and using unlawful force against our sons, brothers, cousins, fathers, mothers, sisters, aunts, uncles etc.. It is not ok that there are not consequences for police officers that kill. They are trained to take suspects down without killing them. We are sick of seeing footage of police officers using unnecessary force and unlawfully killing and getting away with it. They are supposed to serve and protect not destroy lives. They should be held at a higher standard than what they have been. We are aware that all police officers are not bad. We can not stand by and ignore the actions of the police officers that are committing hate crimes.
