Any official seeking election to Congressional or Executive branches, must pass a comprehensive test combining History(World history from 1100-1990) and current events (with in the last decade) with a minimum of a 95%, as well as pass an IQ test with an IQ of 125 or above. Also, if an elected official makes a statement while in the Capitol building that is found to be 32% false,shall be prohibited from running for office for the next cycle of three elections and face a fine of $50,000.
