I.T. workers are currently forced to work contract positions for companies that make billions of dollars per year. These white-collar positions pay poorly and include none of the benefits that full-time employees are entitled to. Contract agencies get wealthy, Fortune 500's get wealthy, and workers with college degrees are fired to increase profits, and have no 401k, no paid time off, no paid sicks days, and no dignity, even after working for YEARS for these greedy corporations.
This must stop. Laws need to be passed that REQUIRE temp workers to be entitled to the same benefits as full-time workers, or that that outlaw contract and temp work when similar full-time positions with benefits exist.
Reform is badly needed to end the discrimination against I.T. workers of America!
