Pass legislation allowing companies to import British chocolate and voiding all agreements that prevent such imports.

Created by S.A. on January 26, 2015

We must prevent Hershey's from dominating the US chocolate market by preventing imports of British chocolates.

Hershey's believes importing products not intended for sale in the United States is somehow infringing on its trademark and trade dress licensing.

It is common knowledge that even though Hershey's and Cadbury UK both make chocolate, the products they make are not the same or even similar and that Hershey's is by far an inferior product.

This ban will allow Hershey's to not have the competition necessary for them to remove inferior and cheaper ingredients in their products such as Polyglycerol polyricinoleate and soy lecithin. This ban also prevents American's pursuit of happiness as there is no joy in eating Hershey's chocolate while there is great joy in eating Cadbury.
