We, The American People, must Criminalize - Jail and Civil Penalties for Individuals (Personal), Companies, and Corporations - Work Place Bullying, Harassment, Intimidation, and Degradation.
This Petition demand change in our Society - as being done in Australia and Canada – to criminalize the way that Managers and Supervisors who willfully Bully, Harass, Intimidate, and Degrade their Employees, Workers, Professionals, and Consultants at the Work Place without consequences.
Laws shall be established to protect Employees, Workers, Professionals, and Consultants. They cannot be fired when asking for help from higher rank Company/Corporation Officials or the Government. As retaliation, Managers, Supervisors, Companies, and Corporations willfully “fabricate” false Performance Evaluations.
