Enforce an executive order or legislation to stop allowing companies & corporations from using FICA scores, credit ratings, credit bureaus, & specialty agencies (eg. agencies that sell information about check writing histories, medical records,& rental history records) based on data collected by the 3 credit bureaus (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion) to base their hiring decisions on America's unemployed. It is just a manipulation to their end, based on the George W. Bush doctrine mainly the Republicans in order to hire their own cronies.
