Between 2007 and 2010 patent trolls have sucked 83 billion dollars from business EVERY year. That figure not including the negative stock effects caused by the lawsuits. Nonpracticing entities, also known as NPE's file patent after patent, most of which pertaining to software ideas. They provide no good for the economy and no good for America. The Obama Administration should find a way to diminish and or tax the value of lawsuit victories from nonpracticing entities in an amount acceptable by your administration. This will provide a commonsense triumph for the good businesses that innovate and create products.
