Pass legislation that will end all privately funded elections, and make all federal elections solely publicly financed.
This will cure the issues behind Citizen's United, and jettison the concept of money=free speech. People can vote with their dollars on what kind of ice cream they favor, but they should vote with actual votes to elect a government. 1 person, 1 vote.
