Pass legislation that prevents lawmakers from restricting any access to intellectual properties.

The internet belongs to everyone, and content makers should be aware that releasing their private works will render the material non-private, should the material be formatted in a file that is easily accessible to the public. Content owners should be responsible for protecting their own productions via their own means should they desire to place the content on the World Wide Web.

If you place all of your positions in a public location and expect them to still be there when you return a day later, you are a mistaken. If you don't properly protect your property via a means that can only be feasibly used by the person it's intended for, then you should not be able to press charges against the copier of your content, or the receiving party.
