Pass legislation promoting the awareness, civil rights, and tolerance of transgendered and nongendered Americans.

Created by L.A. on January 21, 2013

Transgendered Americans are a significant minority group in the United States, yet receive practically no legal rights. The American Psychologists Association defines gender dysphoria (transgenderism) as a medical disease of the body, not of the mind, that can be treated with hormone use and plastic surgery.

The stigma against non-cisgendered people (those who do not identify with the gender they were assigned at birth) needs to end. Please, put us on a course for letting this happen.
