pass legislation to reform the way the three major credit bureaus report and calculate an individual's credit score.

Created by B.D. on September 23, 2011

The credit score system in this country is broken. The three major credit bureaus (TransUnion, Equifax and Experian) use out dated an inefficient methods of calculating an individual's score, medical companies pass bills along to collections before insurance has paid for the charges, companies use credit scores to determine whether or not they will provide a service yet do not report payments to the bureaus. Fixing this broken system will help stimulate the economy as many people who can responsibly manage their finances are being denied loans based upon faulty, incorrect, or out dated information.
