Pass legislation reguarding 0 Tolerance on unlocked doors in public, and private schools. Require all doors to be locked

This legislation would require all classroom doors in public, and private schools to be locked during a school day. Classroom doors would only be opened for travel between another classroom, or field trip. Should a classroom door need to be opened, only the teacher of the classroom, or a school administrator would be athourized to open the door. This legislation would reduce the probability an intruder would have access to, students, and faculty. This legislation would have immediate results,a nd also be the most cost effective. It would not require any additional funds to implement.
