pass legislation to require every american citizen 18 years and older to attend a 3 week gun safety and training class. Upon completion of this class, require all citizens to carry a 32 callibur or larger firearm on their person at all times. Then pass legislation to confine any person unlawfully using a firearm to a minimum of 50 years.
