This petition is a call to congress and the president to pass legislation to require drug screening & random screenings for any individual that is trying to acquire government aid or is already receiving government aid.
Examples of aid would be medicaid, medicare, food stamps, student financial aid, disability...etc.
Hard working and law abiding tax payers should no longer carry the financial burden of those abusing the system.
