Pass legislation to return Black Indigenous to their lands in America and Israel, thus allowing our survival as a people

As a response to escalated violence against blacks in America We the Cape Fear and other Indigenous and Hebrew/Eveo Indigenous petition the Obama Administration to pass legislation that: 1. Teaches the American public of the True Hebrew/Eveo history of the "So called Negro"; and Teaches the American Indigenous Pre-Colombian History of "so Called Negros" in America; 2. Enactment to return "Negro" to their Indigenous lands in America and Israel: ( this was agreed upon by The UN in the Indigenous Community Treaty); 3. Summons Indigenous Chiefs and evaluate their needs and lands to be returned; 4. Along with Government support for resettling Indigenous, there should be consist Drives to raise funds for the Indigenous Communities
