Eliminate the current tax code and introduce legislation to reform income tax laws eliminating all tax deductions including mortgage interest, property taxes, interest income taxes, capitol gains taxes, elimination of all taxes in favor of a flat tax for all income earners. Pass legislation that requires ALL American's to file annual tax returns that in the simplification form include only income earned and the flat tax rate between 7.5% - 9.8%.
