Pass the Legitimate Threat Verification Act of 2016

The purpose of this petition is to call on Congress to pass the Legitimate Threat Verification Act of 2016. As Congress is now set to expand our nation's draft to include women, we as a people should demand Congress be held accountable when it comes to decisions involving the use of force. The LTVA would require the children and grandchildren of each member of Congress who have reached the age of 18 to be placed in frontline combat positions for a minimum of 6 months or the duration of the conflict, whichever is shorter. It is perfectly reasonable to demand the people making decisions on our behalf to sacrifice in a similar manner to what they are asking of our families. If the threats they are claiming exist are legitimate, then they should have no problem asking this of their families.
