We, the American people, are tired of the government's repeated delays in not becoming fiscally responsible. We need to make it mandatory for the government to "live within its means". As neither party seems willing to sit down and make real decisions, it is up to the people to demand action -- Pass a balanced budget amendment and pass a REAL budget now.
