We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Pass A Mandatory Law That Requires All Law Enforcement To Be Re-evaluated & Re-Trained.

Created by I.A. on July 27, 2016

Would you send a Pre-K Teacher to War & expect them to operate like a Soldier? Law Enforcement shouldn't operate the same as a Civilian.

Solution: Re-Evaluate & Re-Train

Re-evaluation: A national testing system that tests their ability to perform & go through the proper steps to handling a situation. Also to determine if they are racially biased.

Retraining: Some officers don’t have the proper training. Each situation should have set rules for all Law Enforcement to follow, training should be the same nationally. We use the worst cities as training grounds.

Conclusion: "Protect & Serve" requires more than what we've been given. Anyone that fails the Reevaluations and/or refuses to go through the Retraining process shall not serve. This needs to be a mandatory law across our nation.
