pass a maximum wage law to limit the salaries of corporate executives and board members of publicly traded corporations.

Created by J.B. on October 06, 2011

A maximum wage law should be passed that limits the salaries of corporate executives and board members off all publicly traded corporations to no more than 25 times the salary of the lowest paid worker no matter where that worker lives. If the billionaires want to have million dollar salaries they should make sure that those who work for them have a livable salary also. No more rewarding the rich for shipping our jobs overseas, no more rewarding the rich for raping the land and leaving the taxpayers to foot the bill for cleaning up the pollution that they leave behind. If corporations want to have the same rights as people they should have the laws governing them. No more bail-outs, no more special treatment, just a law that would reward them for their actions not their bottom line.
