My uncle has been diagnosed with stage two stomach cancer. He is currently living in Guangzhou, China, with his wife and daughter. My family wishes to grant his visa to him, so that he may come to the United States and receive proper treatment, and his wife and daughter would be able to come too. He petitioned for a visa in 2003, but it has since then not been reviewed at all. This petition has been created to allow my uncle's visa and his wife and daughter's visas to be sped up.
