The workplace bully destroys the lives of good, hardworking people financially, and emotionally. I have been victimized by more than one workplace bully and as a result I am in danger of losing my home. I am tens of thousands of dollars in credit card debt, cannot pay my bills, and am an emotional mess. I suffer from severe depression and PTSD as a result of bully bosses. Why can't our lawmakers see that if you held the bully boss accountable that the drain on unemployment would go down - foreclosures would go down - bankruptcies would go down because the boss would be held responsible for his/her actions. Now, the states are paying the price for bully bosses and lives are being destroyed. How many families are homeless because of workplace bullying? Are you brave enough to find out?
