Ban stores from opening on the major holidays thanksgiving and Christmas. I.e walmart continues to push associates to arrive at work earlier every year on thanksgiving; last two years (frederick, MD 2012 & 2013) it was 6pm to 6am the next morning one year and then 4pm to 6am the next year for and demanded of all over night associates.
