Medical treatment and laws for treating mentally ill patients.
Current laws need to be changed for holding and treating the mentally ill. They need to be held at least 6 weeks for treatment or until patient is coherent enough to continue taking medicine. Provide medical coverage since the drug companies has priced the medicine so high that they cannot pay for it. When released from hospital they need group housing to monitor their actions for at least 6 months. This will tell if patient will be responsable enough to be turned back into society.
These people are being picked up and released in 72 hours. This is not enough time for the medicine to work to where they know what is going on.
