Currently there is huge disproportionality between congressional districts. We have districts with near 1 million people and districts with less than 1/2 a million. This causes some of our districts to be over represented and others to be grossly under represented.
To ensure that all Americans are represented equally in the House of Representatives we ask that a new re-apportionment act be passed to set the maximum ratio of citizen to house member be 300,000:1.
This will cause an issue when it comes to available space in the Capitol so we further ask that congress become "virtual" in that Congresspeople stay in their home districts and vote/hold hearings via a video teleconferencing system.
