To pass New York City's plan to fund universal pre-k and after-school with a small tax on the wealthiest New York.

Hi, my name is Katy Barbecho. I am calling to urge the President Obama and Legislature pass New York City plan to fund universal pre-k and after-school with a small tax on the wealthiest New Yorkers.
New York City Plan is the only plan on the table that guarantees full and stable funding
for high-quality, full day Universal Pre-K and expanded after-school programs that are so
critical for our children!
We've waited for over 15 years on funding. It is time Albany gives the City the right to do
what more than 70 percent of New Yorkers agree with, allow NYC to create a dedicated
funding stream to fund universal pre-k and expanded after-school programs.
