Pass an Order allowing Fathers Child Support to be included as a Child Care Expense for Low Income Housing

Created by J.H. on December 03, 2014

The current low income housing laws allows Mothers to declare child care expense as a deduction from their income making them eligible for low income housing.
A father who pays Child Support cannot declare his Child Support as a deduction. It this very child support paid to the mother that pays for the Child Care expense.
Fathers are forced to live in 1 bedroom and are notable to have affordable housing because of this law and lower the quality of family visitation with their Children.
A Father should be able to include his child support deductions when applying for low income housing.
