Pass an Ostracism clause in congress

The goal is simple. Put into act a law that once a year or every two or four. The citizens of The United States have a vote. Not to elect a member of congress, but instead to "fire" a member. Just one. This would be a vote to cast out who the people believe to be the must destructive and corrupt member of congress. The member will then be "fired" or forced to leave office immediately. Also they can not run for office for a certain amount of years. This adds more of a consequence for your actions in congress. Making sure out representatives are speaking on behalf of us and fighting for what we believe in, and not the corrupt corporate American we have come to believe, Or risk loosing their job and benefits.
