We want the pay and benefits for every member of the legislative and executive branches to be withheld until a balanced budget is passed. This penalty will be retroactive back to the last year a complete budget was passed. This is a constitutional requirement for the offices held and should be enforced. If this task is not completed no one should qualify for any pay or benefits.
Stop threatening the weak and poor as well as the fearless men and women of the armed forces when you will not take any responsibility for your actions now!
