Congress should pass a bill, declaring equal access to all presidential and vice presidential debates.
Allow any candidate for President and Vice President to participate in the presidential debates if:
1) They are on enough state ballots to win the electoral vote
2) They have enough funds to pay for an equal share of the cost of the debates, if any, divided equally among each party that participated in the debates
Also, all profits from the debates, if any, should be divided equally among all parties that participated in the debates.
