With all the public school shootings over the past decade it is time to start a "public school safety act" which will mandate all public schools (elementary, junior high, and high schools) to have at a minimum of 1 armed law enforcement officer at elementary and junior high schools, and a minimum of 2 armed law enforcement officers at high schools.
