pass RESOLUTION 777:TO RENAME THE "WHITE" HOUSE. Because the name violates the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

I filed my Writ Of Mandamus in 1992. It's purpose? To convince the Federal Court,that:
A:The racial designation,the "WHITE" House promotes "white" Superiority.
B:Said name was initiated,it is believed,at this time by ex President Theodore Roosevelt. He,is alleged to have changed the name on his stationary,from THE EXECUTIVE MANSION. He made it official in 1901.
C:The Executive Body of America,neglected to take note of this flagrant violation of the law. Though custom played its part.
The Relief prayed for:The Court issue an Historical Order demanding The Defendants cease and desist violating the law,by allowing the racial name,the "WHITE" HOUSE to be used as the official headquarters and residence of the most powerful office in this world.
