This bill will raise good time credit, remove the stacking provision for 924c offender with multiple offenses in the same indictments, correct the Residual Clause, make the Statutory triggers in the Fair Sentencing Act retroactive, Those who are serving LIFE sentences under the SAFE ACT sentences will be calculated as 35 years, The bill will also allow those on supervise release to earn good time credit on supervise release, so they can cut the supervision in half. In closing, We need you to support this Monumental Bill, that will assist with reducing Mass Incarceration rates in the US.
