SAVE OUR PENSION PROMISES ACT OF 2015 would protect the pensions of already retired workers as well as the pensions of future retirees! The OMNIBUS BILL that was passed late last year( IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT) has a clause in it that will allow thousands of pensions ( INCLUDING ALREADY RETIRED WORKERS) to be cut up to as much as 50%!! Thousands of workers have paid into these pension funds through contract negotiations throughout their working carers EXPECTING to be able to retire with some sort of dignity later in life! THE SAVE OUR PENSION PROMISES ACT will protect our pensions now and for future Retirees!!
