Pass a separate Bill allowing int'l STEM graduate students to stay and work in the USA after completion of degree

Created by A.A. on May 28, 2014

To continue growing the US economy, an influx of highly skilled workers is critical. The US already has them and spends billions of dollars a year training international STEM Masters and PhD students but does not keep them in the country after graduation. It is time for a bi-partisan bill that will allow Highly Skilled STEM graduates trained in the USA to stay and contribute their quota to the economy and growth of the USA.
