H.R. 25: Fair Tax Act of 2013 abolishes the current Federal Tax system, which unfairly taxes the one class, allows for loop holes in others. The Fair Tax act would stop payroll taxation, and emplace a federal sales tax. It is similar in many respects to the sales and use taxes in place in 45 of the 50 States, promotes savings and investment; promotes fairness and economic growth; raises the standard of living; increases investment; enhances productivity and international competitiveness; reduces administrative burdens on the American taxpayer; improves upward social mobility; and eliminates tax loop holes. Everyone pays fairly, to include illegal undocumented workers, under the table workers, and others who currently pay no taxes and do not support the system.
