Senate and House both I have introduced Startup Act 2.0 a bipartisan and bicameral legislation that Will jumpstart the economy through the creation and growth of new businesses.
Rather than continue to blame Congress for election-year inaction, President Obama should work with congress to pass Startup Act 2.0, which includes many provisions supported by his own Council on Jobs and Competitiveness.
This should have been done by president long ago. President can no longer blame congress. Congress has shown leadership , its POTUS turn now.
