pass term limits for the House and Senate.

Created by D.E. on September 27, 2011

If the Founding Fathers made one huge mistake in the U.S. Constitution, ‘term limits’ for citizen politicians would be that blunder.

1. Term Limits.

12 years only

A. Two - Six-year Senate terms
B. Three - Four-year House terms

This will basically eliminate the perpetual campaign mode our politicians are in during their time in office.

No Tenure / No Pension.

Congress will no longer vote themselves a pay raise. Congressional pay will rise by the lower of CPI or 3 percent.

Congress loses their current health care system and participates in the same health care system as applicable to the American people.

All contracts with past and present Congressmen are void effective with the passage of term limits for the U.S House and Senate.
