Pass the Twenty-eighth Amendment and repeal the Second Amendment.

Pass the Twenty-eighth amendment to the US Constitution to limit all weapons of mass destruction, including small and large firearms, to only Federal regular military forces, State National Guard forces, Federal law enforcement officials, and lawfully recognized, by the Federal government, State and Local law enforcement offcials. It would repeal the current Second Amendment.
