PASS "THE VINCENT LAW", PROTECTING CHILDREN'S SECURITY OF JOINT PARENTS IN A DIVORCE WHO WITHDRAW A CHILD FROM SCHOOL.

Created by J.B. on January 26, 2014

The "Vincent Law" enforces schools to follow joint custody laws by alerting BOTH parents of all matters of their child enrolled to prevent missing children & prevent parents fleeing from state without notice.

A)The law would require schools to be responsible for ensuring BOTH parents receive all mailings, emails, phone calls related to the child in school.

B)The law would require that both joint parents receive equal graduation tickets for the child's graduation or special events held at the school where tickets are given.

C)The law would require an immediate ALERT phone call to any joint parent if the child was to be withdrawn from school.

D)The law would require the schools of a joint custody child to have the new schools information in advance of any withdrawal & provide notice.
