Passing the 65 percent law for federal prison's

I just want Obama to pass the 65% law for federal prison everywhere. I dont think it is fair that you can pass the gay marriage law but you just looked over the 65% law. Just think how many people would repect you for doing this. My boyfriend is in prison and this is is first time and he has to do 8 and a half years. I really hope you can pass this law since you passed the gay law. Do was right. Just dont do things so you can get votes. Pass the 65% law!!!!!!!!!
