Before passing bills the President needs to know what the people want, and not assume it.

The Affordable Healthcare act was forced through Congress. Without the approval of the people, out opinions should matter, and the majority. No bill should ever be forced through congress without being read and understood, and the long term effects. Now people are forced to have insurance, with the IRS as the enforcer.
The people should have a say about every bill introduced for its our future at stake. It seems no one cares about the voter anymore.
