the passing of laws to the voting of we the people

we are a country that was ment to be ruled by its people not the bovernment
It was set up that way from the start back in 1776
The federial government was never given the power to control the states they were to be governed by the peoples votes
How is it then that we as a people have to fear our own government as the Obama party seems to want it to be
No any law passed by vote of the people must stand as law untell the people vote to remove it
This should stand true weather it be state or federial govenment
And for sure not be played with by a person not even born of this country
