To patch up the Nagorno-Karabakh problem and to qwell mutiny in order to stop inane pressure and regulate this feud

It would be meaningless to describe the ambigious history of Nagorno-Karabakh zone because even burrowing in archives cannot help to find the truth.Bad blood between Armenians & Azerbaijanians aggravates the economic state not of Azerbaijan,but of Armenia.Many Armenians migrate to Azerbaijan for they are on edge of survival;the armament drive which develops more briskly than in Azerbaijan devastates state treasury.We have reached an impasse for the government's work concerning this problem is at halt, moreover negotiations lead to unfortunate results
Azerbaijan is going to intensify relations with the USA and Europe but this unsolved problem impedes the progress in the realm of culture,economy,diplomacy etc.
We are for peaceful coexistence,that cannot be reached without your help.
