The Patriot Service Petition. No US Service member will recieve a Reduction In Fource notice while deployed.

This petition will ensure that no US service member will recieve a Reduction In Force (RIF) notice while deployed to a combat theater.
No US service member will recieve a RIF notice while in a training cycle for an upcomming deployment to a combat theater. The service member must recieve the RIF notice 90 days in advance prior to the deployment training cycle.
No US service member will recieve a RIF notice until the service member has 90 days at home station upon completion of deployment. All US service members facing adverse or negative actions, may be terminated for service at any time.
