This is part of what I propose: every Illegal immigrant that's been here before July 7 2012 will have the right to to live, travel (no longer than 30 days outside USA) and work in the USA for a period of 4 years. In order to obtain this, people will have to paid $300 for a pardon letter for been illegal in the USA,$250 to obtain a Special SSC, $150 to get a Driver License (4 years), $450 to obtain a Special Resident Card, every individual will have to do 168 hours of community service a year (except of those with disabilities).
